Her B2B experience spans value propositions, usage experience, and customer journey/Jobs to be Done with clients across financial services, retail, software, and highly technical/engineering fields.
Jodi is a remarkably skilled facilitator, research designer and qualitative research moderator, with an innate ability to uncover actionable business insights. Her experience and flexible, yet methodological approach, is a unique strength in integrating qual-quant and multi-phase research, as well as complex projects.
Jodi is a LC300 Certified AH-HA Learning Connect® Master Facilitator, has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from Xavier University (Summa Cum Laude).
