Greg Halperin, PhD
Greg Halperin has been consulting with clients in Food and Beverage, Consumer Health and Beauty, IT, Financial Services, Insurance, Hospitality, and Pharmaceuticals for over 16 years, and is expert in designing research that effectively and efficiently answers his clients’ business questions.
Prior to joining our team, Greg led the North American Design and Insights team of the Innovation consulting practice at Kantar TNS, helping clients identify opportunity, develop ideas, and understand potential of new products and services to deliver business growth. In prior roles with TNS, Greg led engagements focusing on measurement and tracking of Customer Experience and Brand Equity, in addition to Innovation.
Greg started his career conducting research in academic settings, including the University of Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania State University, and the Veterans’ Affairs North Texas Healthcare System, focusing on addiction, psychotherapy, and health insurance. Greg holds a BA in Psychology from New York University and an MS and PhD in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
Outside of work, Greg’s passions include distance running, developing recipes for plant-based dishes and whiskey cocktails, and cabinetry.
Eric is responsible for leading research and consulting engagements from experimental design through program execution and delivery of results and recommendations. With over 25 years of applied research and consulting experience, Eric brings a solid understanding of developing and managing research, analytic, and consulting programs, focusing on improving the customer experience and key operational and financial business metrics across several industries.
Prior to joining our team, Eric worked in several key roles at leading research and consulting firms, such as J.D. Power, Maritz CX, and Nielsen. Eric also served as a Manager of marketing research for Prudential Insurance and Director of marketing research for what is now Bank of America.
Eric also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers University Graduate School for six years, teaching Advanced Research Methods and serving as a specialist in SPSS. He also taught International Business at the University of St. Petersburg in Russia. Currently, Eric teaches Public Policy Research at Delaware Valley University Graduate School. Eric earned a BS (Magna Cum Laude) and MPA (Summa Cum Laude) at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has completed coursework for a PhD (Magna Cum Laude) from Rutgers University in Social Policy Analysis and Administration.
