Nadia is a Global Consumer Insights Executive with over 25 years of experience in leading both Insights and Innovation Best Practices in the consumer packaged goods industry. She has a proven ability to lead all aspects of established and new product development research for brands in highly diverse industries. Most recently, she created an Insights function within a Fortune 100 company.
Having spent most of her career on the client side of research, Nadia is adept at translating business challenges and goals into clearly defined research objectives. Her strengths are in creative problem solving via custom research, delivering data-driven insights through compelling storytelling, and translating insights into action and marketplace impact.
Nadia has extensive experience designing and leading global quantitative and qualitative initiatives related to strategic opportunity mapping, new product commercialization and launch, User Experience, idea creation, product optimization, positioning creation, packaging creation/optimization, concept creation/optimization, and ethnography.
She also enjoys providing both strategic and innovation consulting to established non-profit entities.
