Jamie leads our brand and client development efforts, supporting and guiding the full range of ways in which we communicate with, and add value for, our clients. He has been with the organization since 1999. For the first 11 years of his tenure, he ran a business practice built around a diversity of clients and industries. From there he spent 7 years as Director of Clients Services, working closely with both our US and Global teams. His focus now is on ensuring that our teams continue to deliver the highest level of thinking and engagement to our clients across industries.
He has a diverse background in the world of custom marketing research. His experience includes tactical and strategic work in industries spanning financial services, communications and media, packaged goods, toys and games, high-tech, and durables. He has also worked closely with advertising agencies and consulting companies on a range of communications-related issues.
Much of Jamie’s research focus has been directed at helping clients to identify opportunities in their markets; optimize products and services to drive demand; create effective positioning and messaging platforms; maximize customer relationships; and build effective targeting and segmentation strategies.
