A health and wellness brand wanted to immerse its leadership team on the Hispanic consumer and culture.

Challenge: The brand team wanted to engage the leadership team on the market reality in order to truly champion this growing segment.
Approach: We created a full day market, consumer, and shopper immersion in Miami. The day
was designed to give a holistic view of the Hispanic consumer starting with a tour of the Hispanic culture center, followed by a visit to a bodega, drugstore, tropical ice cream shop, traditional Cuban restaurant. The day ended with a store-check and discussion of health trends.
Results: The full-day Immersion Excursion led to a deeper understanding of the Hispanic consumer for the leadership team, and direction on future new product development.
