Challenge: The process had to leverage the expertise of team members from multiple functions across the
organization.Approach: Over two-and-a-half days, a team was assembled in an Ideation Lab format. The Lab featured activity-based exercises, ideation sessions based on pre-work, and overnight idea screener to ensure quality of results.Results: The team developed close to 200 ideas, of which 15 were prioritized and then optimized on the last day of the Ideation Lab.
